The Cairns Gem Club

We are a non-profit club, established in 1975, where members meet together regularly to share our passion for faceting, lapidary and making jewellery. Over the years, the club has grown from a few members to over one hundred members of all ages and backgrounds.  Our members come from all walks of life and include everyone from retirees through to school students.  We meet together in our clubrooms and share our knowledge and skills and generally have an enjoyable time.

Our clubrooms in Edge Hill are fully equipped with one of the best collections of faceting and lapidary machinery and tools in Queensland We are always looking to expand and improve our equipment and facilities.
